Reza Motazedi and Co. LLP was established to provide owner-managed businesses and SMEs with access to the kind of senior-level expertise typically reserved for much larger organizations.
After a distinguished career spanning EY, RSM, and a decade as Partner and UK Head of Charity and Not for Profit at Deloitte, Reza founded the practice to deliver hands-on, commercial advice directly to growing businesses.
We're a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, regulated by the ICAEW, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent, cost-efficient service with transparency and integrity.
Reza Motazedi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), qualifying in 1985 after studying Economics at university.
His career has spanned roles at leading accountancy firms including EY, RSM Tenon, and Deloitte, where he served as Partner and UK Head of Charity and Not for Profit for ten years before retiring from the partnership in 2020 to establish his independent practice.
Throughout his career, Reza has advised a diverse range of clients - from small owner-managed businesses to major corporations and complex organizations. His commercial experience includes advising international brands such as Ferrero and Pickfords, as well as professional associations including the British Medical Association and Royal College of Nursing.
Reza holds the ICAEW's Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA) and has lectured extensively on topics including mergers and acquisitions, governance, and risk management. He has published articles in specialist press and co-authored comprehensive guidance on organizational structures.
